The Iroquois Healthcare Alliance (IHA) represents 53 hospitals and health systems in 31 counties of Upstate New York. IHA's mission is to serve as a resource and leader to support our members and the communities they serve through advocacy, education, information, cost-saving initiatives and business solutions. United Iroquois Shared Services, Inc. (UISS) is the for-profit division of IHA, focusing on group purchasing and shared services activities.
