United Iroquois Shared Services, Inc. (UISS) is the for-profit division of the Iroquois Healthcare Association (IHA), focusing on group purchasing and shared services activities that concentrate on reducing operating costs and enhancing operational performance.  UISS membership consists of more than 500 members which includes hospitals, nursing homes, HMOs, surgery centers, physician groups, and other health care providers in Upstate New York.
