What does the ESP offer?
In these times of rapid employee turnover and health care worker shortages, there is a need to offer incentives to attract and retain good employees and the ESP is an extremely cost-effective solution. In addition, it's an excellent networking opportunity for HR professionals through our professional development seminars and vendor fairs. By creating a pool of industry-specific employees, Iroquois has been able to partner with businesses to bring our employers the best possible pricing and offerings on a variety of products and services that we know your employees will use.
How much does it cost?
Consider your costs for staff turnover, total employee benefits packages, or even a Sunday employment ad. Iroquois offers its ESP for a fraction of the costs of other incentive programs and provides each employee with a membership card. How does my organization join ESP?
Becoming an organizational member involves submission of a brief application form with your organization's information. Your organization must be a current IHA/UISS member to enroll in the ESP. Memberships are valid for one year and a nominal annual fee will be charged to each organization. Once the application and fee are received and processed, your organization will be provided with Tip Strips, Table Tents, and Posters to display in your facility.
As members of Iroquois and the ESP, employees will receive notices of additional ESP offerings, specials, information, and other news about ESP partners and vendors through periodic e-mails, newsletters, and flyers. Iroquois will not supply employee names or e-mail addresses to vendors of the ESP. However, if employees conduct transactions/purchases with ESP vendors, they may receive additional advertising or materials based on the information provided to that vendor.
