Adirondack Medical Center, a member of Adirondack Health, is licensed for 95 beds at two locations in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of New York.  AMC offers a broad range of inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services.  Our medical staff of 60 doctors represent 19 specialties.    In addition to serving residents and visitors to the Tri-Lakes region, AMC also has three rehabilitation clinics and four primary health clinics.

Canton-Potsdam Hospital is a not-for-profit community healthcare facility certified for 94 beds.  Its core programs in emergency medicine, acute care, hospitalist medicine and critical care are supplemented by outpatient health centers in several locations and by specialist care in over 25 specialties including orthopedic surgery, sports medicine and the Center for Cancer Care.  As an affiliate with Governeur Hospital, CPH operates within the St. Lawrence Health System.
 
Carthage Area Hospital

Carthage Area Hospital (CAH) is an accredited, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital which serves approximately 83,000 residents in the Jefferson, northern Lewis and southern St. Lawrence counties and is proud to serve both civilian and military personnel and their families from Fort Drum.  The main campus at the hospital includes a 24-hour, Level III Emergency Department, Clinical Laboratory, Medical Imaging, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Nutrition Services, Maternity Unit, Physical and Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Lab and a 30-bed Skilled Nursing Unit.
 
Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center
Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County
Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center is a private, not-for-profit, 130-bed community hospital and regional referral center.  Claxton-Hepburn now includes 67 acute care beds, a 10-bed intensive care unit, a 10-bed birthing center; a 28-bed mental health center, and a 15-bed acute rehabilitation unit.  The Medical Center provides primary care to nearly 40,000 residents of Ogdensburg and surrounding communities, and regional services to the 110,000 people of St. Lawrence County.  Claxton-Hepburn has an active medical staff of more than 50 physicians representing most specialties.
 
Clifton-Fine Hospital

Clifton-Fine Hospital is a small rural Critical Access Hospital which currently operates 20 Special Use beds:   9 Acute Care and 11 Long Term Care, and provides Swing Bed services.  The Hospital provides 24-hour Emergency Room services.  Clifton-Fine Hospital operates under license of the New York State Department of Health, and is a participant as a Medicare and Medicaid provider.
 
Gouverneur Hospital

Gouverneur Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital nestled along the Oswegatchie River amidst the scenic river valley in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains --within minutes of the 1000 Island Parkway and the Canadian Border.  Gouverneur,a community hospital committed to serving the 18,000 residents of Gouverneur and the surrounding communities, is an affiliate of the Canton-Potsdam Hospital.   Services include:  emergency medical care, acute inpatient care, family and internal medicine, pediatrics, minor surgical care, imaging, laboratory services, EKG, respiratory and physical therapy and women's health.

Inter-Lakes Health is a family of health services including the Moses-Ludington Hospital, a 15-bed Critical Access Hospital with a 24-hour emergency room, full compliment of laboratory and imaging services and ambulatory care center offering specialty clinics and outpatient surgical  procedures and an inpatient/outpatient therapy department offering physical, occupational and speech therapies.

River Hospital is located along the shores of the St. Lawrence River with magnificent views of the St. Lawrence Seaway shipping channel and Boldt Castle and is accessible by boat or car.  River Hospital is a 24-bed, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital.   It also operates a Swing Bed program for sub-acute patients requiring hospital care for a longer recuperation time.  Services include:  a Primary Care Clinic, Emergency Room, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, Respiratory and Cardiopulmonary Care, Radiology services, Adult Day Care Program, Social Services and Outpatient Nutrition Counseling and Education are available.
