Columbia Memorial Hospital

Columbia Memorial serves more than 100,000 residents in Columbia, Greene and Northern Dutchess counties. The hospital focuses on advanced surgery, primary care and health-based education. It is a 192-bed acute care facility. It also operates a 120-bed long-term care site as well as numerous outlying primary care centers and outpatient specialties centers.

Glens Falls Hospital is the sole, comprehensive, acute care community hospital serving a 2,600-square-mile, predominantly rural region encompassing Warren, Washington, Hamilton, Essex and northern Saratoga counties of Upstate New York. Glens Falls Hospital provides a comprehensive continuum of services which includes: medicine/surgery; intensive care; coronary care; obstetrics; gynecology; pediatrics; ambulatory surgery; emergency care; cardiac catheterization; an integrated cancer treatment program; a chronic dialysis maintenance and training program; primary care; home infusion services; and a continuum of behavioral health services. The hospital has more than 225 affiliated physicians, ranging from primary care practitioners to surgical subspecialists. Our physicians are board-certified in more than 25 specialties.
Saratoga Hospital

Saratoga Hospital is a 243-bed community hospital serving Saratoga County and the surrounding area. Located three hours from NYC, Montreal, and Boston, and a half-hour from Albany, Saratoga Springs is a historic, close-knit family-centered community with lovely neighborhoods, fine restaurants, specialty shops and entertainment including thoroughbred horse racing and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Its proximity to the Adirondack and the Green Mountains is ideal for skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. Saratoga was voted the inaugural recipient of the "Great American Place" award by American Heritage Magazine and selected as one of Sports Illustrated's Top 10 Sports Venues in the World. We have more than 260 admitting physicians representing most specialties. In addition to emergency and acute inpatient care, we offer sophisticated diagnostic procedures, including outpatient services at our state-of-the-art Same Day Surgery Center.

Originally opened in 1868 as the Albany City Free Dispensary, providing healthcare for patients who were unable to pay, today Albany Memorial is a 165-bed community hospital.  Albany Memorial is at the forefront of acute inpatient and outpatient care and offers a vast range of services including critical care, ambulatory surgery, diabetes management and a congestive heart failure program.  As a part of Northeast Health, Albany Memorial is affiliated with St. Peter's Health Partners.

SPHP St. Peter's Hospital

St. Peter's Hospital was founded in 1869 by the Religious Sisters of Mercy.  It is the largest component of St. Peter's Health Care Services and is located at the intersection of New Scotland Avenue and South Manning Boulevard, Albany, NY.  St. Peter's is one of the Capital Region's largest employers and one of the largest health care organizations in Upstate New York.  They have been recognized by national and state health care quality organizations for excellence in care.  St. Peter's Hospital is affiliated with St. Peter's Health Partners.
SPHP Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital

Founded in 1928, Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is a 115-bed hospital specializing in physical rehabilitation.  Every year more than 15,000 individuals come to Sunnyview from across the Capital Region and beyond.  They are nationally recognized as a leader in neurological patient care including stroke, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury.   Sunnyview is affiliated with St. Peter's Health Partners.
