Bassett Medical Center
Cooperstown, Otsego County
Bassett Medical Center and affiliates is a system of physicians, providers, hospitals and community health centers in eight counties, covering 5,000 square miles. The Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital (doing business as Bassett Medical Center), the foundation for this network, is a 180-bed, acute care inpatient teaching facility in Cooperstown. The hospital maintains a strong academic program and rich tradition as a center for learning through its affiliation with Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center. The Bassett Clinic is located on the same campus as the hospital and provides outpatient primary and specialty care. Additionally, Bassett offers 24-hour emergency and trauma care, comprehensive cancer care and heart care, dialysis, and most medical and surgical specialties in Cooperstown. The Bassett Research Institute conducts programs in basic science, clinical science, and population and public health studies. Around the region, the network provides primary, preventive, and outpatient care at 25 health centers and operates 13 school-based health centers. In addition to The Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital, acute inpatient care is provided at affiliated sites:  A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta;  O'Connor Hospital in Delhi; Cobleskill Regional Hospital; and Little Falls Hospital.  Around the clock emergency care is provided at another Bassett affiliate, Tri-Town Regional Hospital in Sidney.  Outpatient specialty care is available throughout the region with Bassett specialists seeing patients at many of the health centers and Bassett-affiliated sites.

Margaretville Memorial Hospital

Margaretville Memorial Hospital is a 15-bed critical access hospital located adjacent to Route 28 in the Delaware County town of Margaretville, New York. An active member of the community, Margaretville Memorial Hospital has been providing a wide range of healthcare services to residents and visitors to the region for more than 75 years. A 24-hour Emergency Department is staffed by expert medical professionals using the latest technology to monitor vital signs, heart rates and respiration. All ER nurses at Margaretville Memorial Hospital are certified in trauma care, advanced cardiac life support, basic life support or pediatric advanced life support (PALS).   Our surgical services include general surgery, endoscopy, gastroenterology, orthopedics, gynecological, urology, and podiatry.
 
O'Connor Hospital

O'Connor Hospital has a proud tradition of serving the residents of Delhi and the surrounding area since 1921.  O'Connor maintains a strong affiliation with Bassett Healthcare through a portfolio of contractual arrangements.  The contracts provide a wide array of clinical and administrative expertise which is not usually available at a small, rural hospital.  O'Connor became a Critical Access Hospital in 2000.

Schuyler Hospital's main campus - on over-50 acre facilities overlooking breathtaking Seneca Lake - is located in Montour Falls, New York.  While the main hospital campus is located in Montour Falls, Schuyler Hospital has evolved over the years into a network of providers, programs, and services that reaches throughout Schuyler County and into southern Yates and Seneca Counties to meet the healthcare needs of a population of over 32,000 residents.

Tri-Town Regional Hospital is open 24/7 as an emergency care facility.  It is affiliated with the Bassett Healthcare Network and offers a physician-staffed emergency department with the capacity to treat six patients at a time.

UHS Binghamton General Hospital

UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital

The 55,000 people who live in Chenango County enjoy the advantage of an outstanding community hospital in their midst. Chenango Memorial was founded in 1912 and modernized in 1990 with a $7.5 million renovation plan. A 58 hospital bed, and 80 nursing home bed facility located in the City of Norwich, the hospital has 400 employees, making it the largest employer in the city and the fifth largest in the county. The hospital includes inpatient and outpatient surgical care units, a women’s health center and a newborn family OB unit. Chenango Memorial staffs an intensive care unit, diagnostic heart care center, walk-in care center, radiology and laboratory departments as well as a physician-staffed emergency department. The second floor is dedicated and specially designed as a residential health care/long-term care facility.

UHS Delaware Valley Hospital

Specialized departments within the hospital include a 24-hour Emergency Department, the Medical/Surgical patient wing, with cardiac monitoring beds, and an Addiction Treatment Program. Family Health Centers in Walton, Downsville and Roscoe complement these services with first rate primary and preventive care close to home. Our staff of board certified, highly qualified physicians and allied health professionals have chosen to bring their skills to a rural area, often from major metropolitan facilities. While their training, expertise and dedication to providing high quality healthcare is no different than that of providers in more urban areas, they have opted to practice in a smaller area where they can take the time to get to know their patients better and respond to their concerns.
 
UHS Wilson Medical Center
Johnson City, Broome County
UHS Wilson Medical Center is a 296-bed teaching hospital providing a full range of medical-surgical services, including cardiology, emergency medicine, neonatology, nephrology, maternity care, pediatrics, perinatology, pulmonary medicine, neuroscience, ophthalmology, and renal dialysis. Wilson is a regional referral center for the advanced practice of emergency medicine, neurosurgery and newborn intensive care. It also is the United Health Services site for the practice of open-heart surgery and other advanced cardiac procedures.
