Arianna Stone is the Director of Research and Data Analytics at the Iroquois Healthcare Association (IHA), where she leads data-informed strategies to strengthen the healthcare workforce across upstate New York. She holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the University at Albany and a B.A. in Public Health from the University of South Carolina. Arianna drives research initiatives that deliver actionable insights and innovations, ensuring data directly informs program design, funding strategies, and policy recommendations for upstate hospitals and health systems.
Previously, Arianna served as Director of Research and Development at the Home Care Association of New York State (2021–2025), where she led the association’s research, data collection, and analysis in support of strategic priorities, policy development, and advocacy. She also managed several grant-funded initiatives focused on workforce development, emergency preparedness, health disparities, and more.
