The Program
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Educational Partnership Manager for our growing team of professionals.
The Role
The Educational Partnership Manager will develop and manage strategic relationships with training and educational institutions throughout upstate New York that offer programs and degrees in certain healthcare fields. The Education Partnership Manager will negotiate agreements and build collaborative relationships to increase the healthcare workforce within New York State.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain key partnerships between CG and BOCES programs, 2-year colleges (public and private), 4-year colleges (public and private), and graduate institutions in Upstate region.
• Oversee contract process with educational/training institutions participating in CG healthcare career pathways program.
• Maintain and strengthen partnership agreements.
• Work in collaboration with Communications and Marketing to publicize and promote CG scholarship opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
• Identify gaps in programs available in Upstate region.
• Identify online opportunities with HealthStream to fill any gaps.
• Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate partnerships with high school and adult education partners to build effective pipeline infrastructure for students interested in entering healthcare workforce.
• Foster relationships with partnership schools through on-site visits and regular check-ins.
• Collaborate with CG Management team to identify and share student success stories innovative solutions to healthcare workforce challenges.
• Collaborate with CG Management team to address and solve implementation problems.
• Ability to travel as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience working in higher education preferred.
• Experience with CRM software a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong Organizational skills attention to detail.
• Must be flexible and willing to assume new tasks and special projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical setting:
• Hybrid work environment in Clifton Park office (3 days minimum in office available after 90 days of employment with discretion of supervisor).
Schedule: Monday – Friday with standard 37.5-hour work week
Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 Annually (exempt position)
